Nothing excites me more than gathering materials and swooning over sample boards for a new space, soon enough I’ll be able to apply my knowledge as an interior decorator to practice in my very own space. My fiancé and I are in the process of reviewing some condos that we soon hope to occupy by the end of the fast approaching summer season. Moving out into a new space means lots and lots of shopping which I cannot wait for! This lux loft located in Groslay, a commune in the Val-d'Oise situated just north of Paris, (How perfect is that!) screams oppulance to me an otherwise super caring but often times superficial materialistic freak. Draped in my favourite color; purple, which symbolizes strength and royalty, I would feel like none other but a True Queen in a space this magnificent.
My favourite part of any space is the kitchen, the kitchen is my magical domain and if you enjoy cooking, baking and eating as much as I do, you’d probably love a kitchen like this. Who would’t?

Kerry Washington looking ravishing in her emerald and violet Gucci spring 2011 mini dress at the 2nd Annual Mary J. Blige Honors Concert over the weekend. Lovinggggg how she’s pulled this look together; a pulled back pony, matching clutch and flawless face. However, the shoes could have been a little less clunky. Chanel Iman also wore the same gold belted dress to the 500 Gucci party during Milan Fashion week back in February. Chanel also pulled her hair back which allows for no distractions from her toned chest; a skinny Gucci sandal from the same collection brings this look together nicely. I think it comes down to the shoes, bare there or bountiful bulk??

Also at the event was Mary J. Blige, Lala Vasquez, Jennifer Hudson, Christina Aguilera, Corinne Bailey, Letoya Luckett and Jill Scott
