True Queen Fashion Update

Hey y’all happy Monday!  I’ve been a little uninspired with blog post lately, and spending less time on my blog while exploring what all the other lovely bloggers have to share.  So to kick off the week I was elated to come across this gorgeous African inspired bedroom on Style at Home in an eye catching combination of powerful colors.

It was only fitting that I stumble across this spread as Jarratt (BFF/Hubby) is going to Africa next week.  He’s going to be doing some major work over there which I’ll fill you in about in the coming week.   In between figuring out how I’m going to manage without him and being super exciting that he’s going on the adventure of a life time, it seems the mother land is calling me in more ways than one.

The hunt for a new apartment continues, so far I haven’t had any luck locking down a place.  This is however going on my list of favourite inspirations for my future abode.  I cannot wait to get decorating again!  The colors here speak to me on many levels; it’s warm, inviting and a dramatic.  I want to be inspired when I get up in the morning and a space like this will keep my mind busy for years to come.
