Sweet Commitment

Outfit: Dress/Urban Behavior Blazer/H&M Sweater/Urban Planet Shoes/Payless

Speaking of commitments there was no short of decisions and comittements that had to be maintained this week.  My sister in law Celeste is getting ready to tie the knot this year in the fall, that’s a major commitment.   I on the other hand couldn't commit to either wearing the blazer or the striped sweater. What a dilemma! After realizing how freaking hot it was out I decided to take along the stripped sweater in my purse to throw on when it got a little cooler that evening. It always seems to be freezing at night. Thank god I brought it!

As a send off into married life we celebrated what little time was left in Celeste’s single days as a young hot female with a night of dinner and dancing with members of the bridal party, family and friends at Celeste’s fav spot in downtown Toronto Cayo Coco on Richmond street.

Cayo has an intimate setting, dark mood setting lighting, with soft salsa music playing in the background.  There’s a small dance floor on the first of three levels, we were seating just above that on the second floor.  The weather was hot outside and damn was it ever as hot inside!  The AC apparently was on full blast but clearly by the sweat covered brows and trips to the washroom to freshen up it obviously was not strong enough to power through from the bottom floor up.

That aside we made the most of the evening with good food and conversation, and blamed our own super hotness on the heat that surrounded us!  15 beautiful ladies is sure to crank up the heat anywhere!   I loosened up with a Blue and a Strawberry Margarita; I figured hey it’s a special occasion, just go with it I was off for the weekend!  After all how often do I ever get them both off?

After rocket science figuring out the bill, we hit up Ultra a chic night club on Peter street, which if you were observant enough to notice in the day looks like a great big door to a secret garden. Even with the crazy $20 cover we managed to dance the night away in style, I mean the club was gorgeous!  We even got into VIP!

Sorry for the lack of pics, by battery died :( I had a great time though; the food was great, wish I would have ordered more, ended up polishing off a loft of bread, but fun fun fun it was.  What did you do this weekend? Party hard?
