Lookbook: Zara May 2011

It’s May 1st!!  What better way to start of the new month but with a look at the new Zara May 2011 Lookbook. Filled with all the current trends this season; from color blocking to stripes, and python print to utilitarian jackets, Zara one of my favs has got style on lock this month.

I can’ wait to get in the store which I pass by every day and see what’s new and hot.  All my findings of course I will share with all my True Queens!

Tried Tested and True: Clinique Exfoliating Facial Scrub

Exfoliating is super important and often over looking in many women’s beauty routine.  Especially moving from winter into the warmer months there’s probably a lo of rough dry skin your dieing to remove.  If your skins anything like mine; oily and super dry after washing, Clinique’s Exfoliating Facial Scrub may remedy your problems right off your face.

I started using mine about 2 weeks ago and have noticed my skin take back on that healthy glow I was so use to seeing back in high school.  Not recommended for every day use, 2-3 times per week is plenty.


Tip: If your lips are dry and chappy try applying this scrub to the lips for a quick pick me up, for a kissable photo ready pout.  If you want to try this out you can pick it up from Sephora for $22.

Tika Sumpter of “Gossip Girl” has been mashing up the fashion scene over the past week.  To the Cinema Societies screening of “Thor” , which I hear should be amazing.  she let go of all inhibitions in her sequin vintage Nicole Miller Dress.  Complete with fake tie she finished of this look with a long braided pony tail and hot pink satin clutch.

The royal wedding of Prince William and Duchess Catherine Middleton of Cambridge is more than official after the extravagant wedding nuptials in Abbey this week.  With the two love birds sealing the deal with a kiss the only thing left to make the occasion official were wedding photos which you can take a look at here.
