Rainy Season Footwear

Rainy Season Footwear
Wearing proper footwear is important for each person. The rainy season
is a time when footwear takes a beating. Trudge into the water, we run
the risk of destroying good shoes and developing foot odor as well.
With the rain, turning all the dirt on the ground into mud. The shoes
are not suitable footwear during these periods. When the rains come,
some types of shoes are kept in the cupboard until dry days ahead.
Some type of black shoes will develop black spots on the feet or socks
when they become wet. Flip-flop means should also be avoided because
they blur the clothes behind. Suede shoes do not stand up to moisture
and its color will fade if stored in humid conditions.

Leather shoes are green, if not treated properly. Wet shoes should be
dried properly before being put in the closet. Wet leather is
sensitive to heat, which will harden the shoe and cracks are formed
when folded. They should never be dried in the sun because they will
be as dry as sandpaper. Leather shoes must be tied in a pleasant
manner and should be set aside during the rainy seasons. If it is
necessary to wear leather footwear during rainy season, the feet do
not slip in and out of shoes directly, and should only be opened by
the laces. The socks are a must, even if they are wet because they act
as a barrier between the skin and leather. direct skin contact with
leather footwear can cause bacterial growth.
Rain shoes should be chosen with straps that do not move and cause
large stretches of land on the backs of garments. A good pair of
rubber boots or sports sandals helps. Encaustic is always good in
shoes, and that repels water and prevents damage to the shoe. Wet
shoes should not be kept in the closet, as moisture in the shoe
softens the glue or rugby in it. If not used for a long time, moisture
may even cause cracks in the ground. A small packet of baking soda or
charcoal to prevent moisture, odors and bacteria from accumulating in
your shoes.
