The collaboration between DC Comics and New Era continues to flourish with new releases inspired by some of your favorite comic book characters. Shown here is a purple leather 59Fifty fitted hat baring the logo of none other than Superman. Aside from the Man of Steel’s logo, the signature logo of DC Comics appears across the back of the hat. They’re available now in an assortment of sizes through DrJays and thanks to a recent markdown you can grab one for $42 instead of it’s $60 retail price.

Ice Cream x New Era “Sundae Cup Monster” 59Fifty

Following our look at the Billionaire Boys Club “Authentic Astronaut Face” 59Fifty, we now provide you with a look at one of the most recent releases coming outta the Ice Cream division. Known as the New Era “Sundae Cup Monster” 59Fifty, the fitted cap introduces a new Ice Cream cone logo featuring two cherries, a purple ice cream outline and a yellow cone with a black dollar sign. The hat is arriving now at select Ice Cream distributors, including the brand’s flagship store in Tokyo.

Did you happen to pick up the Nike Air Griffey Max GD II Black/Varsity Royal that released last month? If so, you’re probably looking for a nice fitted hat to match up with them. In that case, this New Era “Pittsburgh Pirates” 59Fifty is just what you need. MyFitteds had the hat specially produced in a Kansas City Royals colorway of Jet Black and Light Royal Blue to coincide with Griffey’s kicks. The cap features a black crown with a blue crown, Pittsburgh embroidery in white and Pirates embroidery in metallic blue. As you can see by the picture, it’s a match made in heaven.

New Era Scores A Touchdown With NFL On 5-Year Deal

New Era is proud to announce them have inked a deal with the NFL turning them into the official headwear manufactuer for the league. The five year deal will begin in April 2010 and end in March 2017, which between that time New Era will have exclusive distribution rights and branding for all on-field, sideline and locker room caps, as well as co-exclusive rights for fan headwear worldwide. New Era will have the rights to manufacture headwear with all 32 NFL team logos along with hats for marquee events, including the NFL Draft Day Caps and the Super Bowl Caps. The brand will also have co-exclusive U.S. rights for women's apparel.

This is big news. Our congrats go out to New Era!

KAWS, under the OriginalFake brand name, teams up with New Era on something a little different than your standard 59Fifty which we see time and time again. Going for a nostalgic look, KAWS selected to use New Era’s classic 8-Panel Wool Cap in which he applied his signature “X” markings on by using white felt X’s across the crown of the black wool cap. Billionaire Boys Club teams up with New Era to create their latest fitted hat, the “Authentic Astronaut Face” 59Fifty. The fitted cap features the brand’s Astronaut Face graphic in raised embroidery across the front of the crown in a cut-off style that leaves the bottom end of the design open and incomplete. While only shown here in Teal, the Billionaire Boys Club x New Era “Authentic Astronaut Face” 59Fifty fitted hat is also available in Red and Navy. Look for em now at select BBC distributors.
